1 Lord, my heart is not ^aproud, nor my eyes ^barrogant;
Nor do I ^{▼▼Lit go after, walk}involve myself in ^dgreat matters,
Or in things ^etoo ^{▼▼Or marvelous}difficult for me.
2 I have certainly ^gsoothed and quieted my soul;
Like a weaned ^hchild resting ^{▼▼Or upon}against his mother,
My soul ^{▼▼Or upon}within me is like a weaned child.
3 Israel, ^kwait for the Lord
